FIdALP is a fiduciary trust company that was created in 1993, founded and directed by Claude Rey, a licensed fiduciary agent, Véronique Leemann, master in law, accredited auditor, and Ingo Gianni, a qualified accountant, accredited auditor and member of the Ordre Vaudois de la Chambre Fiduciaire des Experts Comptables, Fiduciaires et Fiscaux.

FIdALP is comprised of two companies: FIdALP Fiduciaire SA and FIdALP Audit & Consulting SA.

Claude Rey also has an interest in ORFA Audit SA. Orfa Audit SA is a company with offices located throughout French-speaking Switzerland. It has more than 250 employees and specialists that can handle a vast range of business services.

Claude Rey, Véronique Leemann and Ingo Gianni are all supported by experienced staff, including Nuno Ferreira, Aurélie Schmid and Alexandre Monnay.
