Claude Rey

After obtaining his Certificate at the Lausanne Higher Business School (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lausanne), Claude Rey worked in a leading Swiss trust company as an auditor and tax advisor, and simultaneously obtained his Federal Fiduciary Agent’s Diploma (1992). In 1993, he founded the Fiduciary Agency FidAlp together with Véronique Leemann and Ingo Gianni.

After spending more than 25 years in the trust field, Claude Rey is currently partner in the FidAlp Agency and in ORFA Audit SA. He is also member of the board of directors of several companies working in all fields of activity, and is active in pension funds.

Véronique Leemann

Co-founder of FidAlp, Véronique Leemann has a Master’s Degree in Law of the University of Lausanne and has attended the Tax Consultant courses of the Swiss Chamber of Certified Tax Consultants and Accountants. She is also an Official Consultant Auditor (ASR) and has benefited from opportunities to extend her professional experience, especially within the Swiss Compensation Fund (Caisse Suisse de Compensation, AVS-AI) and in leading hotel groups before joining FidAlp.

Véronique Leemann is a partner in the FidAlp Agency, and in charge of the tax and accounting departments. For over twenty years, her area of operation has included all branches of activity in the business and economics sectors.

Ingo Gianni

Ingo Gianni is a co-founder of FidAlp. He worked initially in two of the Big Four, where he was responsible for Swiss Auditing and in charge of Taxation respectively.

Ingo Gianni has worked in the trust business since 1981, and has wide-ranging experience of the field, especially in auditing and in the banking, tertiary and industrial sectors.

Nuno Ferreira

Nuno Ferreira has been with FidAlp for 10 years, and has been awarded a Professional Business Leaving Certificate and a Finance and Accounting Specialist’s Diploma.

He works in various areas of activity at FidAlp, including individual taxation, self-employed and company accounting.

Aurélie Schmid

Aurélie Schmid started at FidAlp by following a training course to obtain a Professional Business Leaving Certificate. While working, she is also currently following courses in Business Economics in order to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in the subject.

Her work includes a range of various duties, including accounting and taxation. Aurélie Schmid also assists Claude Rey in his administrative responsibilities.
